How to securely share docs through QBO

As a bookkeeping or accounting client, you will be expected to share monthly and recurring documents with your professional. Some of the most common files you’ll share are monthly bank, credit card, and loan statements, tax returns, and other supporting documents regarding your finances. They all contain sensitive and personal data. This is why I always encourage others to avoid file sharing via email.

Sometimes, accountants, bookkeepers, and tax preparers will direct you to use some sort of secure portal to share documents (this is preferred and encouraged!).

But what if they don’t? Here’s a very simple tool that you already have access to as a Quickbooks Online user.
