Is categorizing your Amazon purchases a hassle?

If you make a considerable amount of purchases from Amazon for your business, and you use Quickbooks Online for your bookkeeping, you probably had a ton of headaches categorizing those transactions.

Good news, though! Quickbooks Online is making this process A LOT easier by allowing you to sync your Amazon Business account to QBO, just like you do with your bank.

This is especially helpful if your purchases need to split transactions between several accounts.

Show me how!

• Go to your Banking tab in QBO (Quickbooks Online)

• Select “Link Account”

• Search “Amazon” and select Amazon Business (see image below)

• Allow consent to connect

• Select desired date

• Once the transactions come in, go to the top tabs and select “App Transactions”.

• Review the details and add or match

• Done!
